A- Order Related
1- Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address to place and track orders. We recommend setting up a UNVEELS account to make the checkout process faster and to benefit from the registered customer loyalty program.
2- How do I receive UNVEELS email updates?
Stay informed of new arrivals and exclusive promotions by registering your email in our mailing list at the bottom of our homepage.
3- Can I place an order over the phone?
Sure. Our Customer Service advisors are happy to assist you with this.
4- How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully prepared in a protective UNVEELS package. If the supplier has provided any branded boxes, dust bags or cases, these will also be included.
5- How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using your UNVEELS Wallet, debit card, credit card, or by cash upon delivery.
6- Which Currency is accepted?
We accept all local currencies. For example, in Kuwait, we accept KWD.
7- Will I get a discount when ordering large quantities?
There will be no additional discounts for larger quantities. However, always keep an eye out for different offers, bundles, and sales that are often available on our platform.
8- Can I see the items somewhere? Do you have showrooms?
Since having a showroom defeats the purpose of a convenient online shopping experience, we do make sure each product is showcased with an adequate number of images along with an extensive and thorough item description that you can always rely on. Furthermore, our Customer Service team is always ready to assist you to the best of their ability in case you had any additional questions.
9- Is online payment secure?
All our online payment methods are 100% secure.
10-Can I cancel or modify my orders?
As long as the order is not packed yet, you can contact us, and we will assist you.
B- Account Related
1- How do I change my personal information?
- Log in to your account.
- Click on My Account at the top of the page.
- Click on Edit
- Edit the info you would like to modify.
- Press the Save button.
2- How do I change my password?
- On the Website
If you are logged in and you know your current password:
- Click on your name at the top of the page or on the My Account Icon.
- Go to Account Information.
- At the bottom of your Contact Information click on edit to change your password.
- Then enter your current and new password, confirm the new password, and click save.
If you forgot your password:
- Sign Out of your account.
- Click on the My Account Icon.
- Enter your email and click forgot password.
- A Reset My Password window will open.
- Reenter your email in the dedicated field and then enter the captcha and hit reset.
- An email will be sent if the email you entered is associated with a registered account.
- Access your email and click on the Set a New Password Button.
- You will be directed to a Reset password page.
- Enter your new password then confirm the new password and save.
- On the App
- Go to your My Account settings.
- Enter your new password.
- Click update.
C- Delivery Related
1- How long does it take for my order to get delivered?
- For orders placed within Kuwait – within 1-2 business days
- For orders placed internationally – within 3-5 business days
To avoid any delay, please make sure to put the complete address details and contact number when placing your order.
2- How can I track my delivery status?
You can check your order status and track the delivery of your order through the My Orders tab, from your Account Menu on UNVEELS platform.
3- Can I unpack and try the items before I pay for the order?
Due to hygienic reasons, you can’t try any of the beauty products.
4- Can I return or exchange an item?
