Exchange and Returns Policy
You may exchange or return your purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of the order under the following terms and conditions:
1. The goods to be replaced or returned must be in good condition and can be resold by providing the original purchase receipt.
2. If the goods to be replaced or returned do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or have defects that were not visible at the time of purchase.
3. Products should be returned with original branded packaging and placed inside a parcel box when shipped.
4. Cosmetics and perfumes must be returned without being opened and/or used and no damage caused to the outer packaging.
5. You can exchange any product with another only by adhering to the previously mentioned conditions.
6. In case of returning a correct, undamaged order, the customer will have to bear the return shipping fees applied by the courier services, and the order must be in its original state (unused and unopened), together with its original purchase receipt.
